Temperature and Clothing

Temperatures range from about 0 to 10 degrees Celsius.
Heavy coats, gloves, and scarves are required.
Wear comfortable, non-slip shoes.

Kinosaki Onsen (Hyogo Prefecture)

It is a hot spring town with 1300 years of history. In this charming hot spring town lined with willow trees and wooden inns along a small river, you can enjoy "touring the outdoor baths" at seven bathhouses.

Dogo Onsen (Ehime)

Kumano Hongu Onsenkyo (Wakayama)

Discovered 1,800 years ago, this is the oldest hot spring in Japan.
Kawayu Onsen is a World Heritage Site with "Tsubo-yu" hot springs and hot springs of about 70 degrees that bubble up when you dig into the river.

At the top of the mountain there is the Lake Biwa Terrace, from which the view of Lake Biwa is beautiful.
