In winter, the entire cities of Osaka and Kobe are enveloped in sparkling illuminations.

Nakanoshima Illumination Street
The riverside of Nakanoshima, befitting Osaka, the city of water, is lit up with illuminated tree-lined streets, transformed into a beautiful tunnel of light. Midosuji Illumination
