What is a Japanese Language School?
Objective.
Japanese language schools are designed to help foreigners improve their ability to learn, understand, and use the Japanese language. They are primarily offered to people who are living, working, or studying in Japan.
There are also schools abroad that teach Japanese.
To study in Japan
You must be enrolled in a Japanese language education institution (Japanese language school) designated by the Japanese government. (Except for the special courses offered by universities.) To do so, you must have N5 level Japanese language proficiency or higher.
The maximum period of enrollment in a Japanese language institute is two years. After that, in order to enter a university or other institution, you will need to have a Japanese language proficiency of N2 or higher to understand classes conducted in Japanese.
Normally, a college student visa and a certificate of eligibility are applied for at a different Japanese language education institution.
Admission to Japanese language institutes is twice a year (April and October) or four times a year (April, July, October, and January).

Tuition and living expenses
If you are able to obtain "Permission to Engage in Activity other than that Permitted under the Status of Residence," you are allowed to work part-time up to 28 hours per week. Please note that if you work part-time in excess of this limit, you may be deported or not allowed to renew your period of stay, and you may not be able to continue your studies.
To study abroad in Japan, you need to have a financial plan. Approximately 80,000 to 110,000 yen per month will be spent on part-time work, which will not cover all tuition and living expenses.
Some malicious companies give false information such as "You can earn more than 300,000 yen if you go to Japan. Please be very careful and verify this information.
