There are two ways to work in Japan: working for a general company or for a specific skill.
If you want to work in a general company, you must have a "bachelor's degree" in your home country.
If you want to work in a specific skill, you must pass JLPT N4 and an examination in that field of specific skills.
To find a job, attend Hello Work or job fairs attended by companies.
